FounderMs. Xueli Huang is a licensed attorney in the People’s Republic of China and has passed the California Bar, holding an LL.M in Land Use and Sustainable Development Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, as well as a Cross-border M&A Certificate from Stanford Law School. With substantial experience in cross-border transactions, and corporate advisory, our team is well-prepared to navigate complex legal landscapes.
