We are currently in need of one Compliance Officer to join our team.Job Duties:
1.Provide expert cross-border compliance advisory services to Chinese enterprise clients on U.S. market entry strategies. Analyze and interpret U.S. regulatory frameworks (e.g., CFIUS, SEC, FCPA, NYDFS, data privacy laws) and advise on their application to clients’ specific business models and operations.
2.Draft, review, and tailor client-facing consulting agreements, service contracts, and compliance program documentation. Ensure all deliverables clearly translate complex U.S. requirements into actionable, risk-mitigated strategies for clients.
3.Design, implement, and audit risk-based compliance programs for clients. Conduct gap analyses of client operations against U.S. standards, identify vulnerabilities, and develop internal control systems tailored to the U.S.-China business context.
4.Manage all regulatory filings and corporate formalities required for clients’ U.S. entities (e.g., incorporation documents, business licenses, annual reports). Ensure adherence to state and federal corporate governance requirements.
5. Collaborate directly with client teams and internal departments (Financial, Marketing, and etc.) to compile data and generate reports for compliance projects. Coordinate on client-specific issues such as investment structure optimization and employment-related compliance.
6.Manage relationships with external U.S. counsel, consultants, and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. Synthesize external advice into concise, practical summaries and strategic recommendations for client leadership.
7.Develop and deliver specialized training modules for both staff and client employees on U.S. compliance topics, ethical business practices, and industry-specific regulations.
8. Oversee technology compliance by monthly testing legal software for accuracy and validating AI/block-chain tools under U.S. and Chinese law, including contract checks.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Mandarin required.

Rate of Pay: Full-time position with an annual rate of $85,000.
